Astraeos is up and running normally. For it to work for you, you will need to do the xbox update. This was a fix by the microsoft engineers to xbox. This update was not an Ark update.
If the update did not work for you, try holding down your power button on your xbox for 10 seconds. Then power it back up. Many times that will cause the xbox update to take place.
